According to a report published on Friday, Samsung is starting a new promotion on Sunday, January 4th. Those buying the Samsung Galaxy S5, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or the Samsung Tab S tablets (8.4 or 10.5) will receive a credit for a free year of Netflix. The report states that the promotion will last until January 17th and is good for the first 115,000 people who take advantage of the deal from Samsung.
After purchasing one of the three devices covered by the promotion, consumers need to go to SamsungPromotions.com. From that site, information can be entered to verify that you actually purchased one of the covered Samsung products. Once your form is approved by Sammy, you will receive a credit for 12 months of Netflix service. The amount of the credit works out to $107.88.
Even if you have an existing Netflix account, you can use the 12 free months of service. So if you have your heart set on purchasing the Samsung Galaxy S5, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or one of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets, now is the time to follow through. This way, your next year of Netflix will be all paid for by Samsung.
