Bandai Namco Entertainment Partners with Sony Pictures To Release a Mobile Game
PixelsBandai Namco Entertainment, publishers of numerous hit console games, have announced a new partnership with Sony Pictures to release a mobile game adaptation of the upcoming live-action film, Pixels. The free-to-play mobile adaption offers a different twist on typical tower defense game mechanics -- players take on the role of the heroic Arcaders from the film to defeat aliens. Trust me, it even gets better. Iconic characters like PAC-MAN, Q*bert and Frogger, along with other characters from the 80\'s, will be featured in the game as well for an extra nostalgia effect. The film features Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Michelle Monaghan, Peter Dinklage, Josh Gad and Brian Cox. On the other hand the mobile game will launch on iOS before of the movie release, which scheduled for July 24th, 2015. As of now this is all the details we have available, however, we\'ll keep you updated as time progresses.
