DeNA, in partnership with Walt Disney and Lucasfilm, have officially released Star Wars: Galactic Defense , an elite tower defense mobile game that\'s available as a free download on the App Store for iOS devices. Star Wars: Galactic Defense is the first free-to-play tower defense mobile game to include prequel and classic Star Wars eras and blends legendary characters, battles, and tactical gameplay into one experience. Players choose their side -- light or dark -- as they explore and battle across iconic Star Wars locations, employ up to three champions at one time, and connect online with their friends in real-time. Campaign and online play ensures the action in Star Wars: Galactic Defense is always different with regular game updates that allow players to earn upgrades, bonuses, and more Star Wars champions. Additionally, players can also connect with friends, exchange resources or battle to conquer the galaxy for a spot on the leaderboard. Features:

• Choose the Light or Dark side -- The choice of light or dark will allow for distinct play style options, creating new and exciting ways to experience the Star Wars universe.


• Level up and upgrade -- Level up your units and increase their power to create an unstoppable fighting force by tailoring upgrades to match your unique gameplay style.

DeNA, Disney and LucasFilm have released their second developer diary for Star Wars: Galactic Defense, a free-to-play elite tower defense mobile game coming soon to the App Store for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Part two of the Star Wars: Galactic Defense developer diary touches on the various landscapes and legendary Star Wars characters playable in the game. DeNA, Disney and Lucasfilm Reveal ‘Star Wars: Galactic Defense’ for iOS

DeNA, The Walt Disney Company, and Lucasfilm have recently announced that they are now collaborating on the development of a brand new game, Star Wars: Galactic Defense . Available later this year for iOS devices, Star Wars: Galactic Defense is the first free-to-play tower defense mobile game to include both prequel and classic parts of Star Wars. This all-new tower defense game combines iconic characters and battles with strategic gameplay to always keep things fresh and exciting. From there players can choose their side -- light or dark -- as they explore different Star Wars locations, gain abilities to change the tide of battle, and connect online with their friends other others in real-time.
