Selfie Sticks and Monopods Banned from WWDC
Earlier yesterday Apple announced that they will be kicking of their annual World Wide Developer Conference on June 8th, 2015. The message is clear as well -- Apple is now prohibiting the use of selfie sticks and monopods at its WWDC conference. “You may not use selfie sticks or similar monopods within Moscone West” or rather in the entire Yerba Buena Gardens area, as the attendance policy noted on Apple\'s website. Why though? Apple typically streams their keynote to millions of users on the web and use of a selfie stick may obstruct a cameras angle or view, causing a problem during the keynote. It\'s also worth noting that Apple will be live-streaming conference sessions throughout the week at Apple\'s official WWDC website and through the WWDC app available for iPhone and iPad. Apple is putting their foot down here too, prohibiting the use of professional photography and video cameras. This come as no surprise as well. Apple simply doesn\'t want its developers talking about their pre-release software.

making it the longest running developer conference in history. The conference will be taking place in Moscone West, “with more sessions than ever before streamed” online. Video: Hands-on with iOS 8
After all the clamor and excite of WWDC 2014\'s keynote that brought us Mac OS X Yosemite, iOS 8, a brand new coding language called Swift, and so much more, it\'s time to get a look at the early betas of everything new. First off the folks over at 9to5Mac have posted a quick hands-on video of the first beta of iOS 8 which is available today to App Store developers. While the video itself doesn\'t go into too much detail, it\'s still nice to see what iOS 8 is like on an actual device. Later this summer for those that want to try it out, Apple will be doing a public beta-testing program for iOS 8 to hopefully speed up the release of it. That aside, regardless of how the public beta testing goes Apple will release iOS 8 sometime this Fall for free.

Watch the WWDC 2014 Keynote Live Stream Here
With the WWDC 2014 keynote to start in under an hour, Apple will be live-streaming the event right on their very own website. So if you have some downtime in-between work or have some time to kill, we recommend that you watch the livestream to see what Apple has in store for this year and next year. Right now it is rumored that Apple will announce OS X Yosemite, iOS 8, a brand new iPhone 6, and probably some other goodies that we aren\'t expecting. Going off of previous WWDC keynotes it\'s safe to say that this one will take roughly two hours from start to finish, so you better buckle up and get ready for some pretty exciting stuff.

Video: Gold and Space Gray iPhone 6 Mockup Compared to the iPhone 5S and More
With iPhone 6 rumors and mockups running amuck, the folks over at 9to5Mac have gotten their hands on two iPhone 6 mockups in Gold and Space Gray which they have done a comparison to the current iPhone 5S among many other iOS devices. Just as stated within the article, you need to keep in mind that these are just cases showing the rumored aesthetics as well as size of the iPhone 6. I, for one, hope that Apple still keeps the two-toned color effect with the upcoming iPhone and adds a better battery. Currently it\'s safe to say that at WWDC next month Apple will introduce the iPhone 6, then later this year sometime during Fall is when it will be released. Apart from the bigger screen, better camera, processor, GPU and battery it\'s unclear what will be different with this next iPhone installment. Maybe we\'ll see the Beats deal go through and Apple launches a better iTunes Radio service. Other than that, we\'ll just have to wait and see. Just lie always, we\'ll keep you updated as time goes on.
