‘Valiant Hearts: Dogs of War’ Now Available for Free on iOS!
After much anticipation Ubisoft has finally announced that Valiant Hearts: Dogs of War, the interactive comic book inspired by the Valiant Hearts universe, is now available for free to all Valiant Hearts: The Great War owners on iOS devices as an update. Valiant Hearts: The Great War tells the story of four lives crossed with tragedy and triumph during The Great War which is also available to download on the PC, XBOX, and Play Station. This interactive comic book tells the back story of Walt, the faithful canine companion from Valiant Hearts. As the main character, Walt will share his adventures alongside his sister, Cassie. The pair grew up together until one day events of The Great War sent them down two very different paths. In this tale of heroism, both dogs are thrown into the maze of trenches across the Western Front, and have to navigate their own way to survive. That being said, Walt and Cassie won’t share a common fate -- while one will become a messenger, the other will become a medic who helps fallen soldiers. Thanks to an animated comic style, music and sound effects, the interactive comic book is makes for an enjoyable reading experience.

Ubisoft, another one of our App Store developers, recently announced that Valiant Hearts: The Great War, the puzzle-adventure game set during the World War I, is set to release September 4th on the App Store for both iPhone and iPad. This mobile version coming to iOS will feature intuitive touch controls, completely adapted to the mobile format, making Valiant Hearts easier to play. Valiant Hearts: The Great War is being developed by a small team at Ubisoft Montpellier, best known for their work on titles like Beyond Good & Evil, Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends.
