As hard as we try, though, there's always the unfortunate possibility of making a mistake somewhere along the line, and sadly, that's exactly what happened with the battery tests we recently did with the LG G3 and Samsung Galaxy S5. We have verified that no other phones have been affected by this issue. Until now, the battery life benchmark results that we had on the site for these two smartphones have been incorrect, falsely indicating that the G3 lasted for 8 h 50min, and the GS5 for 8 h 20min in our test. It turns out this wasn't the case at all.
