Earlier this month, we told you that Huawei was getting ready to announce a new flagship Android smartphone called Honor 6. We even had some renders that reportedly presented the handset. However, today, a new set of alleged Huawei Honor 6 images appeared in China, showing a device that looks very different from what we previously saw.
The new images present what it’s said to be a white Honor 6. On the back of the handset, just below its 13MP camera, we can see a fingerprint recognition sensor (or at least that’s what we think it’s there).
The Huawei Honor 6 should feature a 5-inch display with 1,080 x 1,920 pixels, an octa-core Hisilicon Kirin 920 processor clocked at 1.3GHz, and 3GB of RAM.
Huawei will announce the Honor 6 on June 24, when we’ll find out if the handset looks like the device seen below, or like the previously leaked one. Either way, we’re assuming that the upcoming smartphone will be available in China first, probably not long after its official unveiling.
