The deal is not available online, and is only available for the Wi-Fi version of the slate. In otherwords, there is no carrier connectivity on the discounted iPad mini tablets.
If a full sized Apple iPad is more your cup of tea (or whatever beverage you're consuming), you might want to take advantage of the $50 discount that Target is offering on the Apple iPad Air. The $50 discount applies to the complete iPad Air range.
Target might be looking to clear its inventory before the Apple iPad Air 2 and the Apple iPad mini 3 are expected to be released later this year. Whatever the reason, you have the balance of the week to take advantage of Target's largesse.
