iPhone 6 Plus Scientific Bendgate Test
To settle the great bendgate debate once and for all, uBreakIfix is finally done a scientific test to see just how much force it takes to bend an iPhone 6 Plus and what the results are. After applying 100lbs of force, the iPhone 6 Plus bent only 3.25mm and didn\'t really go back to its original form, mostly due because of the aluminum frame not being very elastic. So is the bendgate something to really be concerned with? Not entirely, however, when the thin aluminum frame you\'ll probably want to take a little more caution than normal.
