More information about the Samsung Galaxy A7 surfaces

samedi 27 septembre 2014

A few days ago, we told you about the handset that is known as the Samsung Galaxy A7 (SM-A700). It is the high-end version of the "Galaxy A" series, which includes the Samsung Galaxy A3 and Samsung Galaxy A5. The trio is expected to be partially clad in metal and offer LTE connectivity. Unfortunately, the Galaxy A7 is expected to arrive in just a few countries, while the other two could be launched world-wide. This could have been planned by Sammy so as not to cannibalize the Samsung Galaxy Alpha.

A few more pieces of the Galaxy A7 puzzle were discovered on the Indian import site Zauba. The site showed a device called the SM-A700, which obviously is the Galaxy A7, being shipped into India for testing and evaluation. The information on the site showed that the device carries a 5.5 inch screen, and has dual SIM slots.

We expect the Samsung Galaxy A7 to command a price in the $450 to $500 range. If the handset is still being tested in India, there still is plenty of time for more leaks to show up before it is officially unveiled. Keep it right here!
