Steve Jobs Movie Produced by Universal Pictures set to Release in October
Universal Pictures announced on Wednesday they will be releasing the Steve Jobs movie on Friday, October 9, 2015. The biopic is written by Aaron Sorkin and based on the best selling book written by Walter Isaacson. The film features Michael Fassbender who plays Steve Jobs and Seth Rogen playing Apple Co-Founder Steve Wozniak. Directed by Danny Boyle, the film began its first shoot in Jobs\' childhood home in Los Alto, California. Sony was originally set to produce the film, but since Universal Pictures has overtaken the film. The film is set to focus around three major events in Jobs\' life: the debut of the original Macintosh, the unveiling of the NeXT computer, and the introduction of the iPod. Photos of Fassbender as Jobs and Rogen as Wozniak in early filming, leaked over the weekend.
