‘ANNO: Build an Empire’ Now Available on the App Store!

Ubisoft, who recently released Valiant Hearts: Dogs of War , have also announced that ANNO: Build an Empire , the mobile spin-off from the iconic ANNO series, is now available to download on the App store for iPad and iPhone. Developed by Blue Byte in collaboration with Mi’pu’mi Games, the game offers the full ANNO experience, allowing players to create monumental cities on mobile devices. ANNO: Build an Empire enables players to transform an uncharted island into a powerful empire by managing inhabitants\' needs and assuring the city\'s production welfare. Players will see their initial town grow into a kingdom as they continue to expand their empire by colonizing islands to produce new goods and acquire rare resources. The game was also designed from the ground up to work with touchscreens for intuitive and easy to use controls. ANNO: Build an Empire offers more than 60 resources and 150 different buildings. Chatting and interacting with other players is also a key component of the game, in order to trade goods and work together tactically via the in-game messaging systems. Interested? ‘ANNO: Build an Empire’ Coming Soon to iPad from Ubisoft

Just recently Ubisoft has announced that ANNO, the city-building strategy game from Blue Byte, will be available soon to download for iPad as ANNO: Build an Empire. Developed in collaboration with Mi’pu’mi Games , the game will take the ANNO experience to a whole new level. The franchise has been redone from the ground up to be compatible with iPad devices, featuring a touchscreen interface that makes building cities a breeze. Just like the game\'s predecessors, ANNO: Build an Empire requires strategic planning to make sure players are choosing their options carefully. Taverns must be built to keep citizens relaxed and happy, while churches will need to be built to satisfy the need for religion and homes to keep citizens safe. Players will begin with one island, building it from the ground up to make sure their citizens are happy. Once players become familiar with the game, they can optionally create additional islands. Social elements from previous ANNO titles will also be incorporated into ANNO: Build an Empire and players will have a chance to challenge friends and foes and invite them to take part. We are told that ANNO: Build an Empire will feature more than 60 resources and 150 different buildings, each with their own special characteristics. Plus every island in the game is unique, and offers specific resources which you can utilize as well.
