Launched via some locations last month, LG’s G Watch R can now be purchased through Google Play. As some of you may know, the G Watch R costs $299, being on the somewhat expensive side of Android Wear (not that there are too many Android Wear smartwatches available anyway - since the platform is still in its infancy).
The LG G Watch R is the world’s first smartwatch to offer a perfectly round display (1.3 inches, 320 x 320 pixels). That aside, its features aren’t too different from what other smartwatches introduced this year are offering: quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of non-expandable internal memory, and a 410 mAh battery. The body of the G Watch R is partially made out of stainless steel, being IP57-certified (dust- and water-resistant).
As of yesterday, November 5, the G Watch R is also available via AT&T, for the same price of $299. For a detailed look at the new wearable device, you should read our LG G Watch R review.
Have you bought, or do you plan to buy an LG G Watch R?
